MingFeng Ordering Policy

We provide China direct custom manufacturing services. Below are our general requirements.

1. Minimum Requirement: The minimum amount of each order (one shipment) should be around $5,000 US dollars, either packaging or display project.
2. Custom Work: We are a custom manufacturer, all products we complete are custom orders. We provide FREE custom design.
3. Sample and Prototyping: We have some samples available upon request. Custom sample is available in two to three weeks. For some projects we charge a prototyping fee first and credit back to the order we receive later.
4. Payment: We require a 30% deposit when placing an order with us. The balance will be paid when the order is delivered. For excellent credit accounts, we also offer terms.
5. Damages: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt for instruction.
6. Returns: All returns must be authorised. For unqualified or damaged products, we either credit back or make replacements.
7. Lead Time:
   Custom sample time: 3-4 weeks.
   Regular order production time: 5-7 weeks.
